Step into the flow and deepen your understanding of this heart-orientated style of yoga that is one of the fastest growing types of yoga today. This program is appropriate for students and current yoga teachers.
This training is part of "The Anusara Path to Teaching" which is offered in two separate and sequential stages. Stage 1 (Immersions 1-3) is designed to inspire the serious practitioner to new levels of being, both on and off the mat. Stage 2 (Teacher Training levels 1-3) is intended to skillfully guide and prepare the most dedicated and qualified students to take the seat of the teacher. Stage 1 is a prerequisite to Stage 2.
These stages will be a unique opportunity to learn anatomy, alignment, sequencing, therapeutics, and philosophy. This is an opportunity not to be missed!
