Hot Yoga Tips

  • Arrive to class well hydrated.
  • It's best not to eat for at least 2 hours before class.
  • If you have an injury or medical condition, please inform the instructor.
  • Wear shorts and tank tops for optimal comfort. You're guaranteed to break a sweat.
  • Pace yourself.
  • Do your best to stay for the entire duration.
  • Learn by watching and listening to the instructor and your body.
  • If you need to rest, it's okay. Listen to your body and take a rest.
  • Should you feel dizzy or out of breath at any point, take a deep breathe and relax. It's normal.
  • Be patient. It usually takes about ten classes before you get into the flow of the class.
