Studio Etiquette
BEFORE CLASS
- Arrive 10-15 minutes early to find parking, sign in and familiarize yourself with our facilities. Late arrivals can be disruptive and may not be accommodated.
- All classes are best practiced on an empty stomach. Try not to eat any heavy meals 2-3 hours before class.
- Classes are practiced barefoot. Upon entering the studio, leave your shoes in the designated areas.
- Turn off all electronic devices that may be disruptive to others.
- Leave all personal belongings at home, or in the designated storage areas of the studio.
- Avoid wearing perfume or any strong scents.
- Arrive on time for your class.
- Advise the instructor of any injury or medical condition (including pregnancy) before class starts.
- Keep voices low while in the studio, reception area and change rooms.
- Please be mindful that others may be meditating in the yoga room prior to class and refrain from talking.
- Wear light-weight and comfortable clothes to class so you can move easily.
