I come from an Iyengar background and my teaching style is intently focused on posture alignment. My goal is to help students connect with themselves through movement and breath. In my classes, I believe that yoga should be fun. Whether it’s yin, hot or flow, I encourage my students to approach their practice with an open mind, a light heart and joy. Drawing from my background in Traditional Chinese Medicine and as a Registered Acupuncturist, I encourage my students to listen to their body and connect with their heart in their yoga practice and daily life.
