Martina Schneider
I began my Yogic journey in 2002 with the simple goal of improving my health and fitness. I achieved this goal and much more. When I moved from Whistler to Vancouver in 2007, I started practising Anusara Yoga and experienced an exhilarating transformation in my practice and life. In my classes I aim at helping my students to truly feelĀ the difference after they practice Yoga by increasing their attention to posture, alignment and a deep inner connection. I am a passionate Salsa dancer and Ayurvedic hobby chef, I love sunshine, chanting, literature and participating in the dance of life.
