I teach Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Meditation, Pranayama and Restorative. My style has been known for its dynamic quality: a solid warm-up, breath work, heated body, focused mind, followed by a flow practice that is challenging and powerful. Working with drishti (focus), breathe work, and pure consciousness, I demand full attention from students on their mat. I love to teach arm balances, inversions, and create long flow sequences. I want to provide an environment for students to get to know themselves in a deeper way, and hope to inspire health, wellness, creativity, and transformation from the inside-out.
