Shivani Howe
I have traveled the world, lived in three continents, four cities, one village, all the while looking for me, looking for home. Funnily enough, it was following me the whole time, below my chin, above my navel—hridayakasha, the space where the soul resides. I feel grateful, humbled, and honored to be able to share my love of life and yoga with you. To experience life to the fullest, to love, laugh and cry with an open heart, to be able to find the blessing in all of life's twists and turns is the greatest sadana of all. Love and pixie dust.
