Geordie Milne
I've been practicing yoga for about 13.73 billion years. It all started with my meditation practice and with my best friend constantly hassling me to get on the mat. Some time since then, I became a certified Yoga and Kids Yoga instructor. I love sharing my passion and am especially inspired by the sparkle and spontaneity kids bring to movement and mindfulness. In my classes, whether it's Power, Vinyasa Flow, Hot, or Kids, I aim to reflect the needs of my students in my teachings. I challenge them and encourage them to find ease. Ultimately, I want them to find self-awareness, patience, compassion and playfulness; to make them feel good in their skin. When I'm not sweating, moving and breathing on the mat, I can be found indulging in other passions: drinking tea with friends, walking through a forest, and snowboarding.
