With a fitness background I came to the yoga studio to find balance in my physical life.  I discovered so much more then relaxation and flexibility.  I learned about strength and power in a whole new way.  I am amazed by the seemingly opposite sensations of calm and energy when walking away from a fabulous yoga class.  My goal is to take you to this place both on the mat and the bike.  I have always been conscious of form and alignment in my fitness and cycling classes.  I think that is one of the reasons I connected with yoga so quickly.  I am excited about the union of indoor cycling and yoga.  I invite you to come and enjoy the RIDE.
