My first memory of yoga is from when I was ten years old, dancing and stretching with my aunt and grandmother who taught yoga then and still do today.  Ten years later, I found myself at acting school in New York City where yoga was a part of our training.  It was my experience with this moving meditation in the buzzing city of NYC that inspired me to become a teacher.  Today,  I am inspired by really amazing music and finding joy in our bodies which we will explore in my Vinyasa Flow and Power classes as we inhale to exhale, flow and bend, drawing in and expanding out as we open our hearts to all that our essence is.
