I’ve been teaching Pilates for over 8 years (both the mat and equipment repertoire) and enjoy the body awareness that the practice builds in creating support from the inside, out.  I’m contemporary in my approach in that I blend elements from my training as a dancer, my yoga practice, my studies in the Franklin Method (Imagery) as well as Laban Movement Analysis.  As a movement educator, my goal is to have participants learning about their bodies and the supportive pathways that flow through us, providing easeful, efficient movement.  Breath is the key and learning to breathe well is the foundation for core and spinal connectivity - from there, everything is possible! www.anitaseiz.com
