I teach pilates, power vinyasa , and hatha yoga. I like to take the fundamentals of each style I teach and allow each one to inspire the other. I come from a background in professional dance, but it was ultimately injury and illness that lead me to yoga and pilates. I am passionate about these practices and their ability to heal and to bridge the disconnect between body and mind.  I see the mat as a power source in which we can plug into in order to create vibrant health and a blissful life. I am currently studying Anusara yoga which has sparked an even deeper connection with the opening and alignment of the heart, body and mind. I seek to honour the deep and rich roots of yoga as well as exploring the integral science of movement and alignment. These beautiful expressions of movement are a sacred offering that allows us to find compassion, growth and gratitude both on and off the mat.
